B_Fit’s Jeddah fitness gym was the new brand’s first venture. After extensive discussions, Life Fitness came up with a series of proposals to ensure that the equipment and concept would be up to the high expectations of the B_Fit brand.

The team created solutions for every facet of the business. Versatility was a key component, and spaces used for individual training were designed so that they could also be used for groups. The range of fitness levels that B_Fit was preparing to accommodate included beginners and advanced athletes, young and old.

The tech itself was at the heart of every decision, and connectivity was key – the centre uses an SE3HD console to interact with the MyZone technology.

Fitness centres do not come more technologically advanced than this. Using the Halo Fitness Cloud system, staff can instantly access member information and enhance the exercising experience based on individuals’ goals, levels and experience.

Different areas serving different needs include cardio, strength training, indoor cycling, HIIT studio, Pilates and yoga studios and a boxing studio. There are zones for personal training and zones for functional training. And when the hard work is done, members can head to the pool and spa.

Indoor cycling equipment comes from ICG, using the latest smart technology. Bikes are ranged in gradually elevated rows in the ICG studio, to create a theatre-like space.
