The Krafthalle in the industrial park Gilching is the fitness studio with the largest "HAMMER STRENGTH Training Center" in the district of Starnberg. 600 m² "pure strength". The equipment provided allows more than 400 exercises to build muscle, keep fit and define the body. From teenagers to young adults to agile 50s or fit seniors; from gym professionals to gym beginners.
