Life Fitness Named Official Fitness Equipment Supplier to the Football Union of Russia

June 23, 2021 – Life Fitness, the global leader in commercial fitness equipment, has been appointed the official fitness equipment supplier to the Football Union of Russia (FUR). 

The new two-year agreement will equip the national team’s training facility with Life Fitness Integrity series cardio equipment featuring HD entertainment consoles, ICG® indoor cycles, Hammer Strength equipment including racks and benches, and a range of functional training accessories. 

The partnership began last month, with the team training at its base in Neustift, Austria, ahead of the 2020 UEFA European Championship currently taking place across the continent.

Since the formation of the Russian national team in 1992, the men’s team has enjoyed success on the international stage, finishing third at the 2008 UEFA European Championships and more recently, as quarter finalists at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
